What to do if you do not receive an email receipt from Turnitin

We have had some reports that students are not receiving an email receipt when they make a submission to Turnitin.
If this happens to you
- go back to the Turnitin assignment on your Blackboard course and check that your submission has been successful
- download the digital receipt and keep this as proof of submission.

Security alert: Phishing email warning

We have been advised by Blackboard Support that students may receive a suspicious email (Phishing email) with a link to install OneClass Chrome Extension. This plugin is malicious - do not click on the link.
